Is a permit required in Addison?

Not if the container sits on a private driveway. If it needs to go on a public street, Addison requires a right-of-way permit — we'll point you to the exact office to contact.

What materials are allowed in the dumpster?

Household items, furniture, renovation debris, roofing, decking, flooring and drywall. No paint, fuel, tires, batteries or refrigerant-containing appliances. Yard waste, soil and concrete go in a separate heavy-debris container.

How many days can I keep the container?

Seven days come standard with every size. Need more time? Call or text before your scheduled pickup and we'll extend it.

Where can the container be placed?

Anywhere our truck can safely access — driveway, side yard, or on the street with a permit. Let us know which way you want the door to face and we'll position it accordingly.

Is same-day dumpster delivery available?

In most cases, yes — place your order before 1pm on a weekday and we'll fit you into that afternoon's route. After 1pm you'll be on the first run the following morning.
